June–August 2025: GMA Network Rooftop Signage Rehabilitation & LED Enhancement

Introduction

From June to August 2025, M&G Global Ads Inc. delivered a multi-phase corporate signage program for GMA Network at its Quezon City headquarters. This was a part of the larger GMA Network signage rehabilitation effort. We rehabilitated the rooftop logo signage, upgraded the LED system, and improved structural and electrical safety.

As a result, this project shows our ability to handle large-scale signage programs with full compliance and engineering discipline.

Compliance & Documentation

We followed corporate standards and submitted sealed as-built drawings along with structural analysis reports. These are crucial steps in the GMA Network signage rehabilitation process.

In addition, we provided:

• Contractor’s All Risk Insurance (CARI) for risk protection
• Performance Bond to guarantee completion
• Surety Bond for client assurance
• Safety officer supervision from start to finish

By doing so, the client had complete confidence in both the process and the outcome of the GMA Network signage rehabilitation.

Structural Works

We secured the rooftop signage using chembolt anchoring with epoxy-grouted base plates. Moreover, we coated the steel supports with polyurethane to protect against corrosion. This step was integral to GMA Network signage rehabilitation.

To ensure load stability, we installed gusset plates, and our engineers conducted a wind load analysis. This confirmed the signage’s strength and safety at a 17th-floor elevation.

Electrical Works

Our team routed all outdoor electrical lines using LTFC (Liquid-Tight Flexible Conduit) for waterproof and UV-resistant protection. Furthermore, we secured wiring inside G.I. pipes and conduits, while LED drivers and PSU units regulated the voltage.

Finally, we connected the system to main breaker panels with MCB/ELCB protection, guaranteeing 24/7 safe operation under all weather conditions.
