M&G Global Ads was once again commissioned to create quality acrylic signages for two notable food establishments in the Philippines recently. Also, we were engaged to provide fencing and civil works for one of the prime developers in the country.
Contis’ Bakeshop and Restaurant – Store Signage & Business Signage for a Time-Tested Brand
Contis’ Bakeshop & Restaurant first opened its doors in 1999 to patrons in BF Homes in Parañaque City. Three sisters were behind the concept and success of Contis’. Carole, the middle sister was the chef while Cecille, the eldest and Angie, the youngest were the “tasters” and “order takers”. Their first menu offering were Carole’s Chocolate Cake, Baked Salmon (a recipe Carole first tasted in Canada), and Garlic Sotanghon (a recipe they inherited from their mother). They named their restaurant after their maiden name – Conti despite the warnings of friends that Contis’ sounds like “konti” which means small portions. Also despite that their initial location was on a street dead end, the sisters still pursued their dream. They offered a friendly and warm service atmosphere to their patrons together with generous portions of their products. Because of these, Contis’ soon delighted restaurant goers and before long, the sisters expanded their store from 1 to 10 restaurants all over Metro Manila. Throughout all their outlets, they make sure to constantly give their best because they believe that in order to win the loyalty of their customers, they always have to treat them excellently all the time.
M&G Global Ads, like Contis’ is committed to giving the best to all our customers. When the inspiring restaurant approached us to create a store signage for one of their newest branch – we were honored to oblige. We fabricated an acrylic signage for their store front and road signage. Both outdoor signage remained true to the Contis’ brand design which has become a familiar sight to loyal patrons. We ensured that these acrylic signage were made from the finest material and can last for a long time, the same way that Contis’ will surely be around for a long time.
The Red Light – Acrylic Signage for an Up and Coming Bar
The Red Light is owned by no other than Erwan Heussaff who is also popular as a restauranteur after opening several hip restaurants across Metro Manila which are all novel concepts that explored different ways for food to be presented. Together with Hatch 22, Niner Ichi Nana, and Crisp on 28th, The Red Light is the latest addition to Heussaff’s restaurant empire. It is set to delight patrons starting this first quarter of 2015.
The Red Light will be a place where chefs, restaurateurs and bartenders can stage their original concepts for a couple of nights per week. Here, they can unleash their creativity in an outdoor bar and 12-counter seat show kitchen and on some nights might even engage in friendly competition with other chefs. Cooks can also reserve the place and act as chefs for the day for their friends. The Red Light is a novel concept that has definitely got everyone excited.
An exciting concept such as this needed a business signage that is also exciting and able to capture the whims of its target customers. The obvious choice is an acrylic signage that will light up at night and instantly make the place recognizable. Because of the name, the signage was made to look like it was part of a red light district – the name of the restaurant was in neon red outline. It was also given an on-air/off-air feel like that in a radio booth.
As we do with our other customers, we ensured that the signage is made from top quality materials and processed with the utmost care. We are proud that we were able to deliver a signage that will withstand the test of time and be a witness to the success of Erwan Heussaff’s latest concept.
